Why can't I hear any sound? (iOS)
- Check the Side Switch and make sure that the orange dot is not showing. Side switch is located on the upper right corner of your iPad and on the left side of your iPhone/iPod Touch.
- If you're using an iPad, the sound issues could also be related to the physical sound/rotation lock side switch, make sure to side switch controls the audio muting. To verify that, go to Settings > General > Use Side Switch to and check “Mute”.
- Turn up the volume using the buttons. Volume buttons are located on the right side of your iPad and on the left side of your iPhone.
