My app has frozen / will not load / is crashing, how do I fix this? (iOS)
- Try clearing your Multitasking bar. To do that, double-tap the Home button. It should show up at the bottom of your screen. Press and hold one of the apps in the Multitasking bar, and you should get the option to remove the apps. Doing that officially closes the apps and releases memory.

- You may also try removing the game from your device and re-install. That will remove all settings and allow fresh start of the application.
