1. Restart Steam and your computer.
2. Verify the game files: in your Steam Library, right-click the game, choose Properties > Installed Files and click Verify integrity of game files.
3. Update your graphics drivers and your system.
4. Check that your computer meets the system requirements on the game’s Steam page.

If it still won’t run, send us a ticket with your system details. In Steam, Help > System Information shows them, and you can copy them into the ticket.
