What should I include when I report a problem?

The more we know, the faster we can fix it. Please tell us:
- Which game.
- Your device and its system version (for example iPhone 15 with iOS 26, or a PC with Windows 11).
- What happened, and what you expected to happen.
- The steps that lead to the problem, if you can repeat it.
- A screenshot or a short video, if you can.
