I can’t hear any sound

- Turn the volume up with the device’s volume buttons while the game is open.
- iPhone: make sure the phone isn’t in Silent mode (the Ring/Silent switch, or the Action button on newer models).
- Check whether headphones or a Bluetooth speaker are still connected and playing the sound instead.
- Check the sound and music settings inside the game.
- Restart the device.
