Try these in order, checking the game after each one:

3. Update the game from the App Store or Google Play, and update your device to the latest system version it supports.
4. Make sure the device has some free storage space.
5. Uninstall and reinstall the game. Reinstalling may reset your progress, but purchases can be restored for free.
