Payments go through the store you bought from, so refunds are handled by that store, not by us:

• App Store: request it at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play: open your order history in Google Play and choose the purchase.
• Steam: request it at help.steampowered.com.

If a purchase isn’t working in the game, send us a ticket first: we can usually fix it.
