Restore purchase doesn't work
If you are seeing "In-App purchases unavailable" error dialog, please make sure the internet connection is available and In-App purchases enabled in restrictions.
If the problem persists, this is an iOS 8 bug that basically requires you to reboot the iOS device. Please do the following to resolve that problem.

- Remove the app from your device.
- Power down your iOS device.
- Power up your iOS device.
- Re-download the app from the AppStore.
- Launch the app and now both purchase & restore should be working ok now.
